Nancy Frye-Swope is the founder of Nancy’s Virtual Office, a Virtual Assistance service, based out of her home office in the small town of Yucca, Arizona. Nancy provides administrative assistant services for small business owners. She specializes in helping real estate investors, subdividers and developers, project engineers and builders. Nancy’s Virtual Office brings a fresh and innovative approach to the use of traditional administrative assistance. Her goal is to exceed the expectations of every client by offering outstanding customer service, increased flexibility and greater value to optimize their business venture so they can achieve success.

Throughout her nearly twenty years as an office administrator she has worked as office manager, camp & conference center manager, property manager, legal secretary, escrow branch manager, trust officer and builder services manager. She employs that experience by offering virtual administrative assistance and solutions for the small business owner and real estate investor, supporting them and resolving those business problems that stand in the way of their time and business growth.

In order to meet the individual needs of clients, Nancy’s Virtual Office maintains a wide range of qualifications. Nancy prides herself on a proven track record for effectively assisting numerous builders and land developers achieve Arizona subdivision approval through her top-quality work and ability to liaise effectively with local and state government entities. Her Arizona Department of Real Estate Public Report Submittals have resulted in over 1,700 lots approved for sale. In addition, Nancy graduated from Sonoma State University, cum laude, with a Bachelor’s Degree in English – Creative Writing Emphasis. Her degree, coupled with her experience as a legal secretary for an established real estate attorney in Arizona, has provided valuable research skills and picture perfect writing ability.
